The ideal candidate is a business-minded problem solver who is comfortable negotiating, structuring, and reviewing complex commercial agreements while providing practical legal advice across the company’s operations.. Key Responsibilities. . Serve as legal counsel for Echo Base’s corporate and transactional matters.. . Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of . commercial contracts, vendor agreements, partnership deals, and NDAs.. . . Support . M&A transactions, venture financing, and other strategic deals. , including due diligence and closing processes.. . Advise senior management on corporate structure, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives.. . Partner with internal teams to . create templates, playbooks, and scalable processes. to streamline legal workflows.. . Handle general . corporate legal matters . typical for a growth-stage company, including employment and operational contracts.. . Lead processes . end-to-end. with minimal supervision, acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team.. . Qualifications & Experience. . . 7–12 years of legal experience. , with a strong background in . transactional and contract law. .. . Experience in M&A and/or financing transactions (preferred but not required).. . . Big Law training. or experience at a top-tier firm strongly preferred.. . Proven ability to handle complex commercial agreements and corporate matters independently.. . Strong interest in . crypto, blockchain, and digital assets.
