This role offers an exciting opportunity to support talent acquisition across critical G&A functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, and Policy. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in building strong teams that enable organizational growth and operational excellence. You will partner with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and candidates to deliver a smooth, transparent, and high-touch recruiting process. This position requires balancing multiple requisitions, maintaining strong pipelines, and providing valuable market insights. It is a fast-paced, impactful role where your expertise will directly influence the success of key business functions.. . Accountabilities. . Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A functions, from initial screening to final offer support.. . Review and evaluate high-volume inbound applications to identify qualified candidates.. . Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment, providing detailed summaries for hiring managers.. . Maintain organized pipelines across multiple requisitions, tracking key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion rates.. . Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback loops.. . Conduct targeted sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, while building long-term talent pools.. . Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates, and support hiring strategy discussions.. . Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting operations.. . . 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruiting operations.. . Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.. . Strong evaluation and assessment skills for both technical competencies and cultural fit.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.. .
