Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to telecom services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide guidance on service activation, troubleshooting, and account management.. . Assist in resolving issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.. . Work closely with technical support teams to address and resolve service-related challenges.. . Stay current with telecom products and services to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.. . Superb communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.. .
