Manage the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.. . Coordinate operational sustainment and modernization of software, systems, models, and interfaces.. . Provide guidance to technical teams on Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.. . Oversee program budgets, cost control, and resource allocation for financial efficiency.. . Ensure compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework processes, cybersecurity directives, and other regulations.. . Serve as the primary interface between government counterparts, technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.. . Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, providing resolution strategies and tracking progress.. . Prepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and required deliverables.. . Coordinate user training, fielding, and operational support, including occasional domestic and international travel.. . . Must have an active Secret clearance.. . Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a product or program manager leading software development teams.. . Proven experience in C5ISR Modeling & Simulation and software development.. . Familiarity with Joint operational training commitments and software sustainment.. . Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.. . Preferred certifications: Security+ CE or Linux+.. . Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.. .
