Lead, mentor, and develop the Clinical Research team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.. . Partner with Regulatory, Product, and Marketing teams to align research initiatives with business objectives.. . Translate strategic goals into a clinical research roadmap that validates solutions and supports market adoption.. . Oversee the planning, initiation, execution, and completion of clinical studies, ensuring they drive organizational impact.. . Implement and optimize research processes, tools, and metrics to enhance quality, efficiency, and transparency.. .
