Our Marketing Team is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and self motivated individual to join us as a Graphic Designer. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for creating visually compelling and emotionally resonant designs across all channels, helping to elevate our brand and drive marketing performance.. What you will do:. Design engaging and impactful visuals for digital campaigns, performance ads, social media, website, email marketing, event booths, and brand initiatives . Collaborate closely with the performance marketing, content, and event teams to align design outputs with strategic business goals . Evolve and maintain our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints . Translate campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives that evoke emotion and drive engagement . Use AI tools and creative automation (Figma plugins, Midjourney, etc.) to scale content production while maintaining a human feel . Stay ahead of design trends and integrate best practices in visual storytelling . What we are looking for. . 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fast-paced marketing environments . Proven expertise in visual storytelling, advertising creatives, and branding for digital marketing (online portfolio required) . Deep knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and creative AI tools to maximize productivity . Strong understanding of digital ad performance: What drives clicks, conversions, and brand recall . High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery . Proficient in English (written and spoken, B2 level). German language skills are a plus . Desirable (but not required). : . Experience designing for B2B SaaS or HR tech audiences . Strong video experience and understanding of video formats for social and digital platforms . Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) . Prior experience working in remote and multicultural teams . Company Location: Egypt.
