Product - GTM Rev Ops at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Min Experience: 1 years. JobType: full-time. Key Responsibilities. Support go-to-market (GTM) execution through accurate pipeline tracking, CRM hygiene, and regular reporting . Act as a coordination bridge between product, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution . Prepare sales decks, proposals, and foundational customer-facing documentation . Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions to maintain visibility across the funnel . Assist with early-stage customer onboarding and streamline internal GTM processes . Required Skills & Experience. 1–4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Business Operations . Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting . Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills . Highly structured thinking with strong attention to detail . Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage or startup environments . Good to Have. Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise sales motions . Experience supporting founders or senior leadership teams . Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce . Ability to coordinate effectively within a local Chennai-based operating context. Company Location: India.
