The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with full independent signing authority to support commercial valuation mandates across Canada.. Regular travel required across Canada depending on client mandates and site inspections.. This position is commercial-focused only and requires someone who can operate fully independently from day one, without the need for supervision or co-signing.. Key Responsibilities:. Independently prepare, sign, and deliver commercial real estate appraisal reports. Value a range of commercial asset types including office, industrial, multi-residential, land, mixed-use, and special-purpose properties. Apply Income, Direct Comparison, and Cost approaches as appropriate. Support multi-provincial and national appraisal mandates. Work directly with institutional, lender, and investor clients. Collaborate with internal technical and advisory teams on integrated mandates. Ensure compliance with professional appraisal standards and reporting requirements. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):. AACI designation. Authorized to independently sign commercial appraisal reports. Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate appraisal. Comfortable operating as a standalone appraiser. Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel for site inspections as required. Note:. .
