Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay Range:. . $115,000–$120,000. per year, with additional benefits. Key Duties:. . Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patient needs. . Provide focused therapeutic counseling sessions. . Maintain an awareness of the latest counseling techniques and practices. . Work collaboratively with the team to improve patient outcomes. . Build a positive and supportive relationship with every patient. . . . Master’s. degree in a related field (Psychology, Counseling, etc.). . Licensed in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT. . Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. . Strong communication and active listening skills. .
