In this role, you will join a dynamic data management team to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of critical healthcare data. You will manage the ingestion, monitoring, and quality control of diverse datasets, enabling meaningful population health insights that directly impact patient outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify issues, implement improvements, and ensure clients can fully leverage their data for better decision-making. Oversee the ingestion and integration of healthcare data (claims, clinical, ADT) for population health activities.. . Monitor data quality and address issues throughout onboarding and post-implementation phases.. . Prepare, analyze, and integrate large healthcare datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.. . Partner with account management, engineering, and implementation teams to meet client data needs.. . Collaborate with customers, clearly explaining data quality findings, root causes, and solutions.. . Contribute to process improvements and best practices for data quality monitoring.. . Support customers in value-based care initiatives by ensuring access to trusted, actionable data.. . Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies as the organization evolves its tech stack.. . . Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience.. . Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.. . Basic Python knowledge, including script installation and execution.. . Experience with data analysis and data quality principles.. . Familiarity with healthcare data (claims and/or clinical).. . Ability to present data quality results to clients using tools such as Excel.. . Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.. . Strong communication and collaboration abilities.. . Preferred: experience in value-based care models, AWS (S3, Redshift), agile environments, R or other scripting languages, command-line tools, Jira, and Confluence.. . Company Location: United States.
