You’ll be responsible for shaping how millions of users perceive and engage with a cutting-edge platform, defining a creative strategy that balances trust, culture, and innovation. Working closely with design, marketing, product, and leadership teams, you will oversee campaigns, activations, and content that resonate globally. This role requires not only strong creative expertise but also the ability to inspire and mentor a talented team of designers, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Define and evolve the brand’s creative strategy, ensuring clear differentiation in the competitive fintech and crypto landscape.. . Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and excellence.. . Oversee creative development and execution of campaigns, product launches, activations, and content across digital, social, and offline channels.. . Establish and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and communications.. . Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative direction with business objectives and user insights.. . Deliver innovative, culturally relevant, and user-centric creative that builds trust and makes crypto more approachable.. . Use performance insights and feedback to refine strategies and maximize creative impact.. . . 10+ years of experience in brand creative and design leadership, ideally within fintech, consumer finance, crypto, or consumer tech.. . Proven track record of brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel creative work, supported by a strong portfolio.. . Experience leading and scaling high-performing creative teams.. . Expertise across multiple design disciplines, including brand identity, motion, digital, campaign, and content.. . Deep awareness of cultural trends and ability to translate them into impactful creative strategies.. . Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both team members and executives.. .
