Admin / Scheduler at ReWorks Solutions. Position: Admin / Scheduler. Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST). Full-Time, Remote Work.. Key Responsibilities. Handle scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings for clients and team members.. Manage calendars and organize travel arrangements as required.. Promptly respond to inquiries through email and other communication channels.. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record keeping.. Ensure that scheduling conflicts are resolved in a timely manner and keep all parties informed.. Maintain and update databases and relevant project management tools.. Provide general office support to enhance team productivity.. High school diploma required; experience in administration or project coordination is preferred.. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.. Effective verbal and written communication skills.. Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.. Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems.. Customer service-oriented approach in all interactions..
