Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly reels and TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness. . . Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content. . . Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach. . . Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly. . . Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.). . . Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes. . . Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.. . .
