You will play a key part in connecting business owners with potential debt to cost-saving and expansion opportunities.. Responsibilities. Generate leads for the sales team.. Engage business owners with existing or potential debt to explore cost-saving or expansion opportunities.. Handle rejections effectively and persistently re-engage past contacts.. Utilize HubSpot for notes and inquiries, and Slack for notifications.. Use AirCall for direct call forwarding to team members.. Persuade customers to engage in risk-free calls, particularly regarding debt consolidation.. Background in sales . Experience in direct-to-consumer sales or outbound calling environments.. Organized and articulate on the phone.. Adept at handling rejections and resilient on calls.. Task-driven, persistent and highly motivated to generate leads.. Confident, with a good sense of humor..
