Oracle Cloud Specialist. to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, tools, and integration capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-level Oracle Cloud projects. This role demands strong functional and/or technical capabilities, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to design, configure, integrate, and optimize Oracle Cloud solutions.. Key Responsibilities. . . Solution Design & Implementation:. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, industry standards, and compliance guidelines. . . . Module Expertise:. Provide deep functional and technical expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud modules such as . Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM. . . . . Requirement Analysis:. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. . . . System Integration:. Develop and oversee integration strategies for connecting Oracle Cloud with third-party applications, on-premise systems, and middleware platforms. . . . Customization & Development:. Oversee or perform development tasks using . Oracle PaaS, VBCS, Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST/SOAP APIs. . . . . Testing & Quality Assurance:. Define testing strategies, coordinate UAT, and ensure defect-free delivery of configured solutions. . . . Performance Optimization:. Monitor system performance and implement best practices for scalability, security, and efficiency. . . . Team Leadership:. Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and review deliverables for quality assurance. . . . Project Management:. Manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications for Oracle Cloud projects. . . . Continuous Improvement:. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud’s latest releases, patches, and functionalities, and recommend enhancements to improve system usage and business outcomes. . . Required Skills & Qualifications. . . Experience:. 10–14 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of . 5+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations. . . . Strong hands-on experience in at least . two Oracle Cloud modules. (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, EPM) with end-to-end implementation knowledge. . . Solid understanding of . Oracle Cloud architecture, security models, workflows, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher). . . . Proficiency in . Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). , web services, APIs, and data migration strategies (FBDI, ADFdi). . . Experience with . custom extensions, PaaS development, and VBCS applications. . . . Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, release management, and regression testing processes. . . Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. . . Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices for Oracle Cloud. . . Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. . . Oracle Cloud certifications (ERP, HCM, SCM, OIC, etc.) are highly desirable. . . Preferred Attributes. . Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, global Oracle Cloud transformation programs. . . Ability to work in multi-vendor environments and coordinate across functional/technical teams. . .
