We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our small, established team. This role is perfect for someone who values traditional accounting practices and excels at core financial processes without the need for complex analysis.. Key Responsibilities. . Process card payments over the phone and handle phone sales transactions. . Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records. . Generate reports and pull financial information as needed. . Complete journal entries and account reconciliations. . Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. . Manage day-to-day expense tracking and processing. . Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions. . Required Qualifications. . Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail. . Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred). . Excellent verbal communication skills for phone interactions. . Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems quickly. . Experience with payment processing and customer transactions. . Proven data entry accuracy and efficiency. . Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (Arizona Time) with flexibility for core overlap hours. . . Preferred Qualifications. .
