You’ll support engineering teams during trials and ongoing use, help them integrate and optimize their build workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world-class experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Serve as the . primary technical point of contact. for trialing, new, and existing customers—offering guidance as they adopt and scale our platform. . . Troubleshoot, investigate, and . resolve complex issues. with build systems, integrations, and environments. . . Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows. . . Partner with Engineering to surface and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field. . . Create and maintain internal and external . documentation. to improve future support and empower developers. . . Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—. representing EngFlow’s voice. with empathy and technical clarity. . . Contribute to a culture of . operational excellence. through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation.. . . 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles. . . Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (experience with . Bazel. or . Buck/Buck2. is a big plus). . . Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., . Go. , . C++. , . Java. , . Python. , . Rust. , or . JavaScript. ). . . Comfortable in a . Linux. /Unix environment with experience in tools like . Docker. , . Terraform. , or . Kubernetes. . . . Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., . AWS. , . GCP. , . Azure. , or . OpenShift. ). . . Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls. . . Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases. . .
