You'll own 6–7-figure monthly budgets, work directly with channel leads, and report to leadership.. The Role. Core Responsibilities. Collaborate with the VP of growth to develop our media strategy, media plans, and creative testing framework (audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting).. Manage a portfolio of performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Applovin, with potential expansion to other channels.. Conduct hands-on bid optimization; develop and implement bid strategies, audience testing, and ad copy testing to meet ROI targets.. Build comprehensive reporting systems that support data-driven decision-making for campaign improvements. Analyze performance metrics and recommend actions to increase conversions and business outcomes.. Experience managing campaigns for brands spending $500K+ monthly on paid social. Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets. Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis tools. Bonus Points (Not Required, But Valuable). Experience with third-party attribution and analytics tools (Northbeam). Background in creative strategy or performance marketing. Experience in growth strategy, omnichannel campaigns, or CPG/retail brand management. Understanding of retail media, brand lift measurement, or omnichannel attribution. Experience collaborating with multiple vendor partners and agency ecosystems. Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for building custom reporting dashboards.
