New-to-Bank (NTB) client acquisition. , building robust relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have . 1 to 8 years of experience. in corporate relationship management, with a strong emphasis on . new client acquisition. and managing . emerging corporate clients. .. Key Responsibilities:. ✅ . New Client Acquisition (NTB):. . Identify, target, and onboard . new-to-bank (NTB) emerging corporate clients. . . . Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and client segments. . . Build a strong pipeline of prospects through market mapping, lead generation, and industry networking. . . ✅ . Relationship Management:. . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and customized financial solutions. . . Nurture relationships with emerging corporates to drive cross-selling opportunities and deepen client engagement. . . Understand clients’ business models, financial needs, and industry dynamics to provide relevant advice and solutions. . . ✅ . Business Development:. . Achieve sales and revenue targets by offering a comprehensive suite of banking products and services (e.g., working capital, trade finance, cash management). . . Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. . . Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities. . . ✅ . Risk & Compliance:. . Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and credit norms. . . Prepare credit proposals and manage risk assessment for new and existing clients. . . Required Skills & Experience:. . . 1–8 years. of experience in relationship management, business development, or corporate banking, preferably in . emerging corporate. or . mid-market segments. . . . Proven track record of . NTB (New-to-Bank). client acquisition. . . Strong understanding of banking products and services (e.g., working capital finance, trade products, treasury). . . Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations. . . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. . . Strong analytical ability and understanding of financial statements and credit analysis. . . Self-driven with a passion for sales and a customer-centric approach. . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). . . Certification in banking or financial services (e.g., CAIIB) is a plus. . . Company Location: India.
