Lead, coach, and mentor a team of auditors to achieve performance goals and support professional development.. . Act as a technical resource, providing guidance on premium audits and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.. . Execute operational and audit strategies, standards, and workflow processes effectively.. . Analyze data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness in audit operations.. . Partner with internal teams to ensure audit needs are met and concerns are addressed.. . Support departmental changes, including training on new products, systems, and processes.. . Identify and implement process improvements and participate in projects and initiatives as needed.. . . Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in premium audit or related field, including property and casualty commercial lines.. . At least 1 year of experience leading people or teams.. . Completion of APA 91 and 92 preferred.. . Strong analytical skills to guide audits efficiently and effectively.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.. .
