Role Overview . Maneva is seeking a Growth Manager (Demand Generation) to own and scale our inbound demand engine at a critical stage of growth. This role is primarily responsible for driving qualified inbound pipeline that supports revenue goals, while helping establish a strong, credible market presence for Maneva’s AI solutions. . This is a 0→1, execution-heavy role with clear ownership of inbound funnel performance—from awareness through sales-qualified leads. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and leadership to ensure growth efforts translate directly into pipeline impact. . Brand and content are important enablers of demand, but success in this role is measured first and foremost by qualified inbound pipeline and funnel performance. . Key Responsibilities.  . Inbound Demand Generation (Primary Focus) . Own Maneva’s inbound demand generation strategy, execution, and performance. . Design and run demand programs across channels including content, website, SEO, events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns. . Optimize conversion across the funnel from first touch through sales-qualified leads. . Partner closely with Sales to define lead qualification criteria, handoff processes, and feedback loops. . Track and optimize inbound funnel metrics including traffic, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and early CAC signals. . Growth Systems & Analytics . Own growth tooling and analytics requirements, including marketing automation, attribution, and funnel reporting. . Work with Operations and Sales to ensure accurate lead routing and data integrity. . Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve performance. . Supporting Brand & Messaging . Contribute to messaging and positioning that supports inbound conversion. . Ensure inbound campaigns and content reflect a clear, consistent value proposition. . Collaborate with leadership on launches and announcements as needed. . Qualifications.  . 5+ years of experience in growth or demand generation roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies. . Proven experience owning inbound pipeline with measurable impact. . Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with funnel metrics. . Highly autonomous, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating without heavy structure. . Experience marketing technical or complex products is strongly preferred. . Company Location: Canada.
