ASO & App Advertising Specialist. to join our team and help us optimize visibility, acquire high-quality users, and scale growth across multiple apps. You’ll own . Apple Search Ads (ASA) strategy and execution. across our app portfolio while also . supporting app store optimization and other advertising channels. . This role is about . running effective ASA campaigns, maximizing ROAS, and scaling installs. . You’ll partner with product, design, and analytics teams to continuously test, learn, and grow.. You MUST be able to work with AI/machine learning tools such as Mobile Action/AppTweak and prove your experience here.. Key Responsibilities:. . . Apple Search Ads (Core Focus):. Plan, launch, and optimize ASA campaigns across multiple apps; manage keywords, bids, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS and installs. . . . ASO (App Store Optimization):. Conduct keyword research, update metadata, optimize app store assets, and track rankings, reviews, and conversions for continuous improvement. . . . Paid User Acquisition (Support):. Assist with campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks; collaborate with design on creatives and explore new ad opportunities. . . . Analytics & Reporting:. Use MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and dashboards to track performance, run cohort analysis, and provide actionable insights. . . . Collaboration:. Work with product, design, and analytics teams to align ASA/ASO with app updates and retention efforts, while staying current on trends and competitor strategies.. . . This is a remote job, but we need flexibility for team meetings.. . 2–3+ years hands-on experience running ASA campaigns (must-have).. . Strong track record of improving ROAS and scaling ASA across multiple apps.. . Knowledge of ASO best practices for iOS App Store and Google Play.. . Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and cohort reporting.. . Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and performance dashboards.. . Ability to manage multiple apps and priorities in a fast-moving environment.. . Nice to have:. . Experience managing UA on Meta, Google App Campaigns, and TikTok.. . Background in subscription apps or fitness/lifestyle categories.. . Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and automation tools.. . . Company Location: Colombia.
