We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Paralegal Team Member to join our dynamic team!. Key Responsibilities:. . Prepare and manage . SIJS petitions. and related filings (I-360, I-485, I-765, EOIR-28/33/61).. . Coordinate family court orders with state courts and collaborate with external attorneys.. . Draft legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, motions, and court orders.. . Collect, organize, and analyze supporting evidence (certificates, reports, documentation).. . Conduct sensitive interviews with minors and families to gather information.. . Guide and update clients throughout each stage of their case.. . Provide support on asylum applications and motions connected to SIJS cases.. . Ensure compliance with deadlines, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.. . . Required Knowledge & Skills:. . In-depth understanding of . immigration and family law. (custody, abandonment, abuse).. . Strong grasp of . SIJS legal requirements. (state court orders, non-viable reunification, best interest determinations).. . Experience with . USCIS and EOIR procedures. .. . Excellent legal writing skills for petitions, affidavits, and motions.. . Proficiency in evidence collection and case file management.. . Ability to conduct client interviews with minors and families in vulnerable situations.. . Strong coordination skills between state and federal courts.. . . Qualifications:. . Bilingual: . English & Spanish (minimum B2 level). .. . Proven experience in immigration and/or family law.. . Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.. . High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information.. . Problem-solving mindset with proactive work style.. . . Personal Profile:. .
