We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical research initiatives and ensure the successful execution of global studies in alignment with strategic business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing study design and execution, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key part in supporting data-driven decisions, developing clinical evidence plans, and driving excellence in clinical operations. Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and manage global clinical evidence generation plans to support business goals such as regulatory submissions and claims development.. ·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Market Access, and Product Development, as well as external surgeon researchers.. ·         Maintain and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support clinical activities and evidence development.. ·         Oversee assigned Investigator Initiated Study proposals, reviews, and ongoing conduct.. ·         Support publication planning, creation of summaries, and dissemination of clinical research results.. ·         Represent Clinical Affairs in interactions with regulatory authorities, notified bodies, and during audits.. ·         Provide regular project updates, monitor resource needs, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.. ·         Contribute to clinical study design, protocol development, and collaboration with Clinical Operations and Data Science teams.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biological sciences, engineering, or a related medical/scientific field (advanced degree preferred).. ·         At least 6 years of experience supporting clinical device research or related work in a medical or scientific environment.. ·         Strong understanding of clinical research regulations and best practices (e.g., ISO 14155, ICH GCP).. ·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.. ·         Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.. ·         Experience developing and executing publication plans is a plus.. ·         Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.. .
