Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and manage global clinical evidence generation plans to support business goals such as regulatory submissions and claims development.. ·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Market Access, and Product Development, as well as external surgeon researchers.. ·         Maintain and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support clinical activities and evidence development.. ·         Oversee assigned Investigator Initiated Study proposals, reviews, and ongoing conduct.. ·         Support publication planning, creation of summaries, and dissemination of clinical research results.. ·         Represent Clinical Affairs in interactions with regulatory authorities, notified bodies, and during audits.. ·         Provide regular project updates, monitor resource needs, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.. ·         Contribute to clinical study design, protocol development, and collaboration with Clinical Operations and Data Science teams.. . ·         Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biological sciences, engineering, or a related medical/scientific field (advanced degree preferred).. ·         At least 6 years of experience supporting clinical device research or related work in a medical or scientific environment.. ·         Strong understanding of clinical research regulations and best practices (e.g., ISO 14155, ICH GCP).. ·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.. ·         Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.. ·         Experience developing and executing publication plans is a plus.. ·         Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.. .
