Own the data onboarding project plans for multiple new customer engagements.. . Serve as primary point-of-contact for data partners during implementation, coordinating meetings and addressing requests.. . Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success Directors, Solutions Architects, and Business Analysts, to develop timelines and deliver updates.. . Track progress of back-end data activities, such as specification reviews and JIRA tickets for data ingestion.. . Identify risks or issues and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.. . Develop and refine implementation standards, documentation, and recommendations for supporting tools and technologies.. . Conduct internal “lessons learned” sessions to continually improve project processes.. . . Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.. .
