As a Product Manager at Omilia, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our Conversational Intelligence products. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings meet market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and has a passion for innovative technology.. Key Responsibilities. 1. Product Strategy and Vision Development:. - Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Omilia's Conversational Intelligence offerings;. - Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps and threats in the market.. 2. Product Development:. - Collaborate with product operations, design, and other stakeholders to develop detailed product requirements and user stories;. - Prioritize features, set timelines, and manage the product roadmap effectively.. 3. Stakeholder Management:. - Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and align product vision;. - Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategy with clarity and confidence to ensure alignment across the organization.. 4. Go-to-Market & Commercial:. - Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies;. - Develop product proposition packaging, commercial tiering, bundling, and pricing in liaison with other product managers and GTM teams;. - Create compelling product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.. 5. Performance Monitoring:. - Monitor product performance through data analytics and user feedback;. - Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the product.. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus;. - At least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product management, preferably in the AI, SaaS/PaaS, or technology space;. - Proven track record of successfully packaging, launching and managing complex products;. - Strong understanding and expertise in AI, Agentic AI, natural language understanding and processing, and conversational interfaces;. - Financial literacy, business case development and commercial acumen are preferred;. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;. - Ability to work in a scale-up, fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities;. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
