We are seeking a proactive Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of key business capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. You will manage feature backlogs, define roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions meet both client and internal needs. You will contribute to optimizing processes, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Remote collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key components of this role.. . Accountabilities. The Product Owner will:. . Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned capabilities.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding capability inquiries, production support, and issue resolution within SLA requirements.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business processes, document workflows, functional designs, and data mappings.. . Decompose features into manageable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog for incremental delivery.. . Partner with development teams on testing strategies to ensure solutions meet success criteria and provide business value.. . Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.. . Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall capability performance.. . . Candidates should have:. . Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (IT certifications considered).. . 5+ years of experience as an analyst or Agile Product Owner; technical expertise is a plus.. . Healthcare experience is advantageous.. . Experience with SQL and Software Technology Life Cycle (STLC) development is a plus.. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data mapping skills to identify both explicit and implicit requirements.. . Ability to collaborate in flexible, cross-functional team environments.. . Effective meeting management and communication skills.. . Understanding of ecosystem integration, dependencies, and risk identification.. .
