Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned capabilities.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding capability inquiries, production support, and issue resolution within SLA requirements.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business processes, document workflows, functional designs, and data mappings.. . Decompose features into manageable user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog for incremental delivery.. . Partner with development teams on testing strategies to ensure solutions meet success criteria and provide business value.. . Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.. . Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (IT certifications considered).. . 5+ years of experience as an analyst or Agile Product Owner; technical expertise is a plus.. . Healthcare experience is advantageous.. . Experience with SQL and Software Technology Life Cycle (STLC) development is a plus.. .
