Your main mission: make our website a high-converting machine that delights customers and drives revenue. . Key Responsibilities . . Own the performance of the WOXER website: UX, conversion, and visual polish. . . Use data-driven insights to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize the sales funnel. . . Provide actionable feedback on design, content, and functionality to improve conversion. . . Collaborate with internal teams and Shopify developers to implement updates and enhancements. . . Monitor performance metrics and report on website traffic, conversions, and revenue impact.. . Explore opportunities outside the scope to maximize growth potential.. . Shift Schedule - Flexible schedule of up to 44 hours per week, with a mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts as needed mirroring EST. . 5–7 years of proven experience managing digital strategy for an e-commerce brands. . Demonstrated success driving revenue and optimizing conversion rates. . . Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. . . Comfortable with a flexible scope of work and adapting to new challenges.. . Experience working with retail companies is a plus. . Hands-on experience with a growth-focused e-commerce brand. . . Track record of using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance. . . Experience collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams. . . Comfortable stepping outside the job description to contribute to broader business goals.. . Skills. . Strong command of Shopify, including theme customization, app integrations, and checkout optimization. . . Proficient in interpreting website analytics and performance dashboards. . .
