What are we looking for?. We’re wanting to grow our Marketing team, and we can’t do it without you. You’ll be one of the first in the APAC team, and therefore you determine how you shape it, as well as our business for the future.. What will you be doing on a daily?. As a Marketing Marketing, your role is to make Avomind visible, relevant, and engaging for clients and candidates across APAC. You’ll work closely with our business and recruitment teams to localize our messaging, increase brand discoverability, and drive inbound growth organically. We’re not looking for someone to just run paid campaigns or boost posts—we want someone who can grow our brand organically and think strategically.Here’s what that looks like day-to-day:. . . Drive visibility: . Position our company as a leading recruitment partner in the APAC region by optimizing our online presence and authority.. . . Optimise our SEO strategy: . Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building efforts.. . . Know our audience: . Identify and refine our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), tailoring messaging to resonate across multiple APAC markets.. . . Create growth partnerships:.  Build relationships with companies, platforms, and communities that enhance our reach and reputation.. . . Own organic channels:.  Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.. . . Be data-driven: . Track marketing performance, run A/B tests, analyze what’s working, and scale high-performing strategies.. . Sounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if you:. . Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.. . Have 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in international, fast-paced companies.. . Have proven hands-on experience in organic marketing (not just ad spend).. . Have analytical mindset—you love numbers, dashboards, and driving growth through data.. . Have strong grasp of (1) SEO and performance marketing; (2) organic growth strategies; and (3) content creation and copywriting.. . Are proficient with SEO tools like Semrush (or similar platforms like Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).. . Are comfortable using GA4 to track and analyze inbound performance.. . Have experience working with website platforms like Wix or WordPress is a plus.. . Are comfortable working across cultures, with a diverse and global team.. . Company Location: Indonesia.
