In this role, you’ll manage the work of two Scrum teams of Frontend and DevOps engineers, facilitating effective collaboration, communication, and coordination of tasks. . Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders from other teams; gather and share information on tickets/tasks from other teams to keep everyone informed and aligned. Coordinate and prioritize tasks between the teams to achieve project goals. Implement established processes to synchronize your teams’ work with other teams and enhance project execution. Facilitate team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
