You will focus on expanding relationships with existing clients while cultivating new opportunities, primarily within high-growth digital and cloud software companies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to post-sales support, ensuring they extract maximum value from video integration. Your work will directly impact client success and adoption, while also influencing the broader strategic growth of video communication solutions. The position offers exposure to innovative technologies, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to work with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.. . Accountabilities. Manage end-to-end sales cycles for video API solutions, from pipeline generation to deal closure and post-sales upsell.. Employ a value-driven, solution-oriented approach to sales, emphasizing real-time video communication benefits.. Expand adoption of video APIs across Mid-Market clients in EMEA, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.. Lead presentations and demos for audiences ranging from c-level executives to technical teams, effectively communicating product value.. Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to navigate complex deals.. Maintain accurate forecasts and provide visibility into sales and revenue performance.. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued adoption and satisfaction.. . Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, SaaS, cloud solutions, or API-based communications.. Track record of success selling WebRTC or other video-based solutions.. Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills, including cold calling and networking.. Ability to build relationships with executives across business, marketing, and technical teams.. Experience collaborating with Pre-Sales or technical consultants.. Proactive, creative, curious, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively..
