Engagement type:      Independent Contractor Agreement . Work Schedule:  This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration. A leading pest management specialist serving residential and commercial clients across Melbourne and surrounding regions. . Role Overview: . We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the client’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage administrative tasks with efficiency while providing excellent communication and customer support.. Key Responsibilities: . . Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner. . Schedule and confirm appointments with residential and commercial clients. . Maintain and update the booking system and customer database. . Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reporting. . Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online platforms. . Support marketing efforts such as posting updates on social media or coordinating with external providers. . Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations. . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Strong organizational and time-management abilities. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. . Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. . Customer service experience is highly desirable. . Knowledge of the pest control or service industry is an advantage but not required. .
