Accountabilities:. · Deliver post-sales technical services, including planning, design, implementation, optimization, and documentation of customer solutions.. · Lead final design meetings and present proposed solutions to clients.. · Stage and deploy Microsoft technologies such as Entra, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and SharePoint M365.. · Configure storage, compute, virtualization, and hyper-converged platforms including Cisco UCS, Nutanix, VMware vSphere, and Fibre Channel/Ethernet switching.. · Develop project deliverables, including requirements documentation, cabling diagrams, cutover plans, resiliency test plans, and system drawings.. · Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for customers on implemented technologies.. · Provide regular project status updates and address customer questions and concerns.. · Support additional technologies as needed, including Cisco HyperFlex, Pure Storage, VMware Horizon View, VMware SRM, Veeam, Dell-EMC VxRail/VxRack, VMware vSAN, and vRealize Operations Manager.. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or related field.. · Minimum of 10 years of experience with storage, virtualization, and data center technologies.. · Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft systems (Entra, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SharePoint M365).. · Experience with Cohesity, Commvault, and hyper-converged systems (Nutanix, VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS).. · Familiarity with Fibre Channel and Ethernet switching as it relates to storage and hypervisor host connectivity.. · Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to provide world-class service.. · Relevant certifications in VMware, Cisco, Nutanix, Dell-EMC, or Microsoft technologies are a plus.. · Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality technical solutions, and mentor team members..
