Rate: up to 40€/h on B2B contract. Exceptional visual design skills, with a strong sense of typography, layout, color, and component hierarchy . . Proven ability to transform low-fidelity wireframes into visually compelling, high-fidelity designs . . Deep understanding of Design Systems – including: . . Building and scaling component libraries . Maintaining consistency across products . . Contributing to system documentation and governance . . Ability to work independently, managing time, priorities, and handoffs without daily supervision . . Ability to collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, user-centered designs . . Skilled in responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop) . . Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution . . Experience with design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD . . Proficiency in advanced prototyping with tools like Protopie, Framer, or Play . . Understanding of design accessibility best practices (WCAG, contrast, keyboard navigation, etc.) . . Ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. . Client goals:. .
