In this onsite role, you'll provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for end-users and conference systems. You’ll handle everything from break/fix and help desk ticketing to new hire provisioning and device maintenance. Provide face-to-face technical support to end-users via walk-ups and IT service stations.. . Manage IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.. . Troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop issues, both hardware and software-related.. . Support and maintain conference rooms (Zoom) and user cubicles.. . Assist with new hire setup, including system provisioning and onboarding.. . Perform regular PC maintenance and virus scans.. . Maintain accurate inventory of PC hardware and software.. . Relocate PC systems and participate in IT-related special projects.. . Document and update IT procedures and processes.. . Provide basic user training for general and specialized applications.. . . Proven experience in end-user support within a corporate environment (onsite or remote).. . Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS, as well as troubleshooting Office 365, hardware, and software issues.. . Understanding of network basics and computer security protocols.. . Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 40+ pounds.. . Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.. . Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Mac system knowledge, Zoom/video conferencing support experience, COMPTIA certifications (2+ years), and working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, switches, etc.).. .
