Lead and own design initiatives across multiple product areas, setting high standards for user experience and craftsmanship.. . Collaborate strategically with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.. . Conduct or oversee qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.. . Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction concepts clearly.. . Maintain and evolve design systems and information architecture for consistency and scalability.. . Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and a strong design culture.. . Advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.. . Establish feedback loops to iterate and continuously improve the product experience.. . . 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with at least 1-2 years in a lead or principal role.. .
