We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market strategy for our new B2C product: Career Coach.. This role combines product sense with growth marketing execution, ideal for someone who understands the technical side of SaaS and knows how to turn a product into a movement.. You'll work closely with the founders and tech team to boost awareness, drive engagement, and convert free users into paying customers.. This is a 3-month freelance role to start, but it’s designed as a trial period with the intent to extend into a full-time, long-term position if we’re a good fit on both sides (optional).. Your mission. . Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Career Coach. . Increase Premium conversion by improving messaging, in-product positioning, and user flow. . Analyze and optimize the full user funnel, from landing to activation to conversion. . Identify friction points in the UX and fix it. . Design and run A/B tests to validate messaging, onboarding, and feature adoption. . Set up and monitor key metrics using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA). . Build and engage communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, X, and niche remote forums. . Write compelling content: newsletter, posts, replies, and prompts for social AI tools. . Run messaging experiments and continuously iterate based on user feedback. . Identify visibility hacks, and relevant partnerships. . Move fast: test, learn, and double down on what works. . . . Proven experience in product marketing and product growth (ideally in B2C SaaS). . Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX principles, and data-informed iteration. . Hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, or similar. . Ability to break down complex product flows and propose simple, high-impact improvements. . Experience driving community engagement and grassroots awareness campaigns. . Technical fluency: you're comfortable working with product and dev teams. .
