As a key contributor to a cloud-native data infrastructure, you’ll translate business goals into actionable requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure end-to-end quality. Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed business and technical requirements. . Act as a proxy Product Owner by defining product scope, writing epics/user stories, and prioritizing the backlog. . Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team velocity, and track deliverables in Jira or Azure DevOps. . Translate complex problems into scalable data solutions across pipelines, data layers, and reporting. . Conduct workshops and collaborate across departments including finance, operations, and supply chain. . Perform quality assurance, UAT coordination, and issue resolution using SQL and other data tools. . Maintain documentation including process flows, source-to-target mappings, and training guides. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years in Business/Data Analysis (11+ years without a degree). . Experience acting as a Product Owner or collaborating closely with product teams. . Proficiency with SQL and tools like Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, or Azure Data Factory. . Familiarity with data from systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Workday. . Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). . Excellent written/verbal communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. . Preferred: knowledge of medallion architecture, Unity Catalog, or self-service analytics environments. . Certifications like CSPO, PMI-PBA, or CAP are a plus. . Company Location: United States.
