As a Project Manager you will:. Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.. Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration.. Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.. Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations.. Process & Continuous Improvement. Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution.. Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback.. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.. Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.. Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value..
