Lead end-to-end implementation of new client projects from discovery through post-launch. . Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, product, engineering, clinical, analytics, and more. . Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and communication for internal and external stakeholders. . Guide partners through data integration, member workflows, configuration, and benefits setup. . Track and analyze implementation performance using data and reporting tools. . Facilitate regular status meetings, address issues, and provide clear updates on project progress. . Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency. . Develop and maintain internal playbooks and best practices for onboarding. . . 6+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client services in healthcare or consulting. . Proven success managing large, complex cross-functional projects. . Excellent communication skills, able to interface with both technical and non-technical audiences. . Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. . Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with minimal oversight. . Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan operations. . Problem-solving mindset and ability to drive actionable solutions. . Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, ClickUp). . Startup or telehealth experience is a plus. . Knowledge of nutrition-focused healthcare is a plus. .
