Manage and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). . Create engaging and brand-aligned content (posts, stories, short videos/reels). . Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize campaigns. . Research trends and suggest innovative content ideas. . Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding.. Must-Have Qualifications. Minimum . 2 years of experience. in social media management. . Proven track record with . examples/portfolio of past work. . . Strong skills in content creation (graphics, reels, captions). . Familiarity with social media analytics tools. . Ability to work independently in the . 8 PM – 1 AM IST. shift. .
