Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries. . Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to manage and expedite customer needs. .
