Must be available during U.S. CST (Dallas time zone). About the Role. We are looking for a solid, highly reliable . Executive Assistant. to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Founder. This is a long-term role for someone who is attentive, responsible, and communicates clearly and professionally in English.. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both professional and limited personal tasks while collaborating closely with internal teams. There is strong potential for career growth, including advancement into a Chief of Staff or other senior role over time.. Key Responsibilities. Executive & Administrative Support. Manage and maintain executive calendar and scheduling. Answer phone calls and manage inbound communications. Manage email inbox, prioritize messages, and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate personal and home-related services (appointments, vendors, deliveries). Handle and organize mail and documentation. Operations & Coordination. Follow up with team members to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. Collaborate closely with Client Services, RevOps, and Account Management teams. Assist with CRM management, primarily using HubSpot. Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed. Growth & Engagement. Help with building and maintaining a LinkedIn network. Support internal coordination across teams and initiatives. Grow into expanded responsibilities over time, with a potential path toward Chief of Staff or other senior operational roles. Required Qualifications. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong calendar, email, and task management abilities. Highly attentive to detail, responsible, and dependable. Comfortable working long-term in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work independently and proactively. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications. Experience with HubSpot CRM. QuickBooks Online experience (strong plus). Prior experience supporting U.S.-based executives. Based in Metro Manila (highly preferred). Company Location: Philippines.
