Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide detailed information on service offerings, pricing, and technical support.. . Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting.. . Resolve any customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure continuity of service.. .
