Your ability to balance technical ad operations with client-facing communication will be central to your success in this role.. Accountabilities:. . Prepare, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager and proprietary ad tech tools. . Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies in real-time, and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded. . Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting regular check-ins and delivering performance updates. . Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value. . Collaborate with internal teams across sales, product, and marketing to align on strategy and execution. . Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for future campaigns. . . 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within an ad tech environment or similar field. . Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns and working with ad tech platforms, especially Google Ad Manager. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and campaign outcomes clearly. . Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization. . Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. .
