Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for e-learning inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about course offerings, registration, and platform navigation. . Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with instructional and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries. . Collect and relay feedback from customers to enhance the user experience. . Stay updated on trends in education and e-learning technology to provide informed support. . . Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills. . Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. . Previous experience in customer service, especially in education or technology, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and effectively. .
