Audit BDR activities including outbound calls, emails, lead management, and CRM data entries . Review sales pipeline and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes . Identify gaps in BDR performance, adherence, and data quality . Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales leadership for process improvement . Maintain and update audit checklists, templates, and reports . Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to reconcile sales metrics and targets . Track audit findings and report trends to support decision-making. 2+ years of experience in . finance, accounting, or auditing. , preferably with exposure to sales or BDR processes . Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset . Comfortable reviewing CRM data, reports, and KPIs . Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback . Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently . Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Company Location: Philippines.
