Provide essential administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication in Danish.. . Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintain an organized electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics for team members.. . Approach daily challenges with a proactive mindset and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues.. . Engage and communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, delivering high-quality service.. . Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.. .
