As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join us.. Responsibilities include . Play a key role in building a best in class finance function by strengthening processes, systems, and ways of working.. Own the quality, accuracy, and integrity of accounting data, ensuring strong audit readiness and regulatory compliance.. Drive confidence in financial systems and reporting for the CFO and senior leadership team.. Oversee and document day-to-day operational finance processes, including invoicing, collections, payables, and payroll.. Lead efficient weekly and monthly reporting, including a robust month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.. Ensure timely completion of tax, statutory, and financial reporting requirements.. Newly qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), with 3+ years audit experience.. Hands-on experience using Sage Intacct.. Strong understanding of the Financial Controller role and accountability across core finance operations and reporting.. Confident relationship-builder with the ability to partner beyond Finance and influence a range of stakeholders.. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.. Solid knowledge of statutory reporting requirements for legal entities with experience of taking end to end ownership.. Company Location: United Kingdom.
