About the Role:. The Client Success Manager is a key position, with the primary goal of growing and managing a portfolio of Healthcare accounts in mostly clinical and some allied and nonclinical settings, serving acute care hospitals, outpatient and ambulatory-care centers, skilled nursing facilities, large corporations onsite clinics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine clinics, and government healthcare facilities. . What will you be doing day to day?. ● Build strong client relations and effective working relationships with your clients. ● Engage with clients regularly and obtain exclusive deals and heads-up on open job orders. ● Help recruiters by relaying exact customer needs and opportunities to them. ● Review recruiter submissions for compliance with facility requirements . ● Reverse market Physicians and APPs to all clients in the portfolio. ● Maintain a healthy P&L by processing quality submittals and making placements. ● Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and client scorecards. ● Travel to client sites and attend networking and industry. ● Processing assignment and contract changes and extensions, renewals, and terminations.. ● Be the overall point of escalation for all current clients and provider issues. ● Build a relationship and good rapport with all physicians and APPs and ensure high retention rate. ● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Your Experience:. ● 5+ years of experience in the Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice Staffing at an agency level. ● Experience with Schedule 621i or Government Healthcare is a big plus.
